Thats right! Gideon and the family, whom I am living with, love cinnamon rolls and I have always wanted to make them- so here was my chance! But my dilemma is not wanting to start making these guys at 4 am in order to wait for them to rise. Solution? Make the rolls the night before and stick them in the fridge overnight! The next morning I just took ’em out, let them rise for one hour, and stuck them in the oven. They were so yummy and so good that I will definately have to make these again!
